charmed by the hotel experience
genuine warmth champagne greeting convenient exploration
the staff showed genuine warmth. adam greeted us with champagne upon arrival. he also explained how to use the room amenities. paula, bruno, and stan helped with early check-in and local recommendations. the hotel's proximity to shopping and the cathedral square made exploration convenient.
the pool area seemed cramped. it lacked sufficient seating for the number of guests. i found it difficult to relax due to the limited space.

the breakfast offered fresh juice, diverse cheeses, and charcuterie. omelets were made to order. these options made for a good start to the day.

amazing barcelona stay
helpful staff roman ruins ideal location
The staff, especially adam and simo, showed excellent professionalism. Adam provided helpful restaurant recommendations. the roman ruins displayed in the lobby were an interesting bonus. the location was ideal, allowing easy walking access to many attractions though taxis are convenient.
the pool area had limited seating, a small inconvenience considering the number of guests.

The hotel showcased preserved roman ruins within its lobby, an unexpected historical feature. The rooftop bar provided views! the hotel maintained high cleanliness standards, i think the hotel is excellent

The hotel's position offered immediate access to the gothic quarter. Many sites were reachable by foot! public transport was available nearby, and taxis were readily accessible. Though parking can be tricky.

convenient location excellent cleanliness friendly staff
i found the location convenient, it was near the cathedral! and so many restaurants! the cleanliness was excellent, and the staff members were helpful especially adam, aida, and kevin. i appreciated their friendliness and willingness to assist with everything i needed.

small pool poor showerhead
the pool was quite small. there was not much space for sitting around it. the spa also seemed undersized. i found the showerhead in the bathroom did not fit the mount correctly, and i did not consider the bathroom to be of four-star quality. it could use improvements.
